The Flight Training Dept is responsible for the planning, co-ordinating and booking of all training processes and facilities pertaining to the training of all flight crew. To enable this training to occur, the correct amount of training resource has to be assured before the required dates and to this end, the department plans the requirements up to twelve months in advance. The resources mentioned are trainers (pilots, cabin crew and technical) suitable facilities and simulators. A team of four people presently perform these functions
